Usage
Take 1 to 4 capsules about an hour before exercising. Start with two capsules to see how your body reacts to the ingredients. If 2 capsules a day do not give the desired effect, you can try 3 to 4 capsules. Do not take more than 4 capsules at once! To avoid insomnia, do not ingest after 18:00.

Per serving (2 capsules): proprietary blend of 558 mg containing Caffeine Anhydrous, Zingerone, Raspberry Ketone, Coleus Forskohlii Extract 10%, Fursultiamine, Dimethylpentylamine (constituent of geranium oil), Green Coffee Bean Extract 50%, Evodiamine, and Kaempferol 50%. Total amount of Caffeine per serving: 160 mg.
