Usage
You can take a teaspoon of powdered betelnut with water or mixed with coffee. You´ll get the best effect to mix it with lime and chew on it for some time. Never use more than 3 grams at a time and 6 grams a day. Filter it trough a coffeefilter.

Warning
Regular chewing of betelnut is very bad for the teeth and colors the teeth red. High doses can cause diarrhea and dizziness. The effects on the long term can be lightly addictive. Be careful by taking betelnut powder. High doses can be deadly. Never use more than 3 grams at a time and 6 grams a day. Filter it trough a coffeefilter.
