What happens to my package when i'm not home for delivery? When your not at home the postman will leave a note in your mailbox. This note will tell you the specific date for when the postman will stop by again to deliver your package, or it will tell you which local post office you can go to pick up your package. Sometimes the postman can forget this note, so if the package is late you can always go to the post office yourself and see if your package is there. Also please talk to your neighbours, sometimes the postman delivers the package there. Normally the post office keeps a package there for 1 to 2 weeks, before shipping it back to us. Please be make sure you pick it up on time. Why did I not receive my package yet? In your order overview you can see when your package has been shipped. When there are any remarks about your order, it will also be seen on this page. The delivery times on our website are just an indication, there could be many reasons for delay, for instance: traffic problems, holidays, weekends etc. Will my package be sent discretely? All our orders are shipped discretely. The products are shipped in a brown box, and on the outside it will only be your adress and a return adress. The postman would not be able to see where the package is from. What happens to my private information? We only use your information to ship the package. We supply absolutely no information to third parties. Therefore you can order from Onlinesmartshop with an eased mind. Nobody shall see or find out you are one of our customers. Why is the minimum order amount 20 euros? The minimum order amount is 20 euros to cover our shipping & handling costs. For every order it takes some work to prepare, pack and ship. Is this product legal in my country? Beneath every product we have shipping restrictions from countries where we cannot ship the concerned item too. All of our products are legal in Holland, however we cannot check the legal status of a product in every country. So it is your own responsibility that your aware of the current laws in your country.
