The mushrooms carry nicknames like ´blue bells´ and ´olive caps´. This because when damaged the caps become blueish.
Psilocybe Baeocystis was discovered in Eugene, Oregon in 1945. Once considered rare, this species became a quite common mushroom appearing in mulched garden beds under rhododendrons and rose bushes during the late 1970s and early 1980s, sometimes growing in amongst groupings of P. stuntzii in lawns and with Psilocybe Cyanescens in alder mulched garden beds.

Usage
Simply mix the spawn bag with the substrate (woodchips) and put it in your garden, on your terrace or in your local park. Sun kills the mycelium so make a 50x50 cm patch in a shady area. An optimal area is prepared amongst ornamental shade plants or tall grass. In oktober the mushrooms can be harvested. The garden beds kan be maintained for many years and need little care. The expected yield is 2 to 3 harvests per season.

Contains a spawnbag and an instruction leaflet. You will need a bag of woodchips which can be bought at a gardening centre. Content: 40 grams.

The spawnbag should be kept in the refrigerator until use.
