Usage
Take 1 capsule with plenty of water after a meal. Do not take more than 3 capsules a day. It is recommended to follow the following schedule: week 1 - 1 capsule/day, after lunch week 2 - 2 capsules/day ( breakfast & lunch) week 3 and further- 3 capsules/day Do not take them longer than one month. We recommend a break of about 2/3 weeks before using the capsules again. This to prevent the body getting used to the ingredients and to maintain the product´s effectivity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
